Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between ПРОГЛЕД and persons using the website and the services of the PROGLED mobile optics and clinic.
Booking an appointment
A request submitted through the website is a request for an appointment and does not constitute a confirmed booking. The appointment is considered confirmed once one of our staff confirms it by phone. If you cannot attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Eye examination, making of glasses and medical information
The eye examination and refraction are performed by a doctor, who also issues the prescription. The optician carries out the prescription — frame selection and fitting, lens choice and centring. The information on the website is of a general nature and does not replace medical consultation, diagnosis or treatment, and does not guarantee a specific result.
Prices and payment
The price of the examination is 19.50 € and is not due if you order glasses. Prices of frames and lenses are stated before the order is accepted. Payment is made on the spot at the time of the request and/or on delivery, as agreed.
Manufacturing and delivery
Lenses are manufactured to individual parameters at a partner laboratory. The finished glasses are delivered back to the same location, with no additional cost, within the agreed timeframe.
Complaints and right of withdrawal
Frames and lenses are purchased on site, not through the website — the website is used only to request an appointment. In the event of non-conformity of the goods, you have the right to file a complaint under the applicable consumer legislation. Glasses are made to an individual prescription and for this reason are not subject to withdrawal or return, except in the case of a defect or non-conformity.

We reserve the right to update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
